Refurbishments
Time stands still for no one, so even meticulously planned out spaces can age or date. Refurbishing is the process of giving these existing spaces in your home a new lease of life. It can be as involved as stripping back to brick or include numerous other elements, such as: updating the plumbing, re-wiring, re-plastering, fitting a new kitchen, bathroom or simply re-decorating.
Extensions
Extensions are often the best and most cost-effective way of gaining more space in a much-loved home, without the hassle of up-rooting the family by moving. They allow you to realise the full potential of your home, adding facilities and functionalities that you weren’t previously afforded. Whether it’s a front porch, double storey side, wrap around or rear-extension, we build them and yet we never cease to be amazed by how much they can add.
Loft Conversions
Getting functionality out an underutilised or forgotten loft is often one of the simplest ways to gain more prime living space in your home. Whether it is a dormer, mansard or hip-to-gable, we have over 30 years experience in their creation, so are confident that we can exceed your expectations.
New Builds
No legacy and fewer constraints, as odd as this may sound, sometimes it is easier and more economic to ‘just’ start again… Although we do far fewer of these projects, we have had the privilege of following some amazing customer and architects’ visions, aiding in the materialisation of their plans.
