Positioned on an unusual corner plot with large rear garden, this property is located in one of Guildford’s conversation areas. Building a double-storey and single-storey rear extension helped us deliver the spaces our clients and their young family needed. The main objectives were to create an open plan kitchen-dining area with separate utility, an extra bedroom and larger family bathroom. A great bonus was that we managed to alter an existing storage space to create a unique ensuite for the master bedroom. Although we faced an odd snagging issue post completion of the project, we really enjoyed being a part of the transformation of this family home.
