It isn’t just a platitude when we write that every project is unique – after all every property, its owners, their taste and vision differ. While that statement is true, admittedly most projects also share many commonalities… Not this one however… The Mansion House project was and remains unique in every way. At the risk of continuing with clichés, it was the definition of teamwork creating something greater than the sum of its parts. We were incredibly privileged to not only be the main contractor handling all site management and trades, but also to work with some of the industry’s leading artisans and heritage specialists. It is the type of project that will most likely be a once in a lifetime experience, completed with a suitable crowning moment, in Rolls Royce Motor Cars pleading to use it as a venue for their European press launch of a new model.
